Caren was the Team Lead and Technical lead on this desk-based portfolio review commissioned by the UK Foreign Commonwealth & Development Office to assess BII’s development impact through its investments. The evaluation covered $5.9 billion in commitments over 11 years in Africa and Asia in food and agriculture, manufacturing, technology, health, education, consumer and business services, and real estate and construction–both through direct investments and funds.
