Fairtrade International Strategy Review

Enabling Outcomes conducted a midterm review of Fairtrade International’s 2021-2025 strategy: The Future Is Fair. The team assessed progress and performance to date, and analyzed the internal and external context and factors inhibiting and enabling implementation. Working with insights across the Fairtrade system, the team presented recommendations for focus and implementation to the Fairtrade International Board.
