This project used theory of change techniques and methodology to help inform the Forest Stewardship Council’s Global Strategy. Work included designing and facilitating a 2-day workshop with the FSC Board as well as preparation calls and debriefs with Board committees and advisory of how to apply theory of change to strategy and performance management and measurement.
