Caren facilitated a strategy review for Assurance Services International (ASI), bringing together its board and senior management team. This builds off of work Caren has done for ASI, including its Strategy Impacts Map.
Caren worked with the team at Small Foundation to develop their Theory of Change for alleviating extreme poverty in Sub-Saharan Africa by 2030 through catalyzing income-generating opportunities for extremely poor people in rural sub‑Saharan Africa.
